Sightseeing Day in the Mountains

We began the day meeting Bob & Wanda at The Country Cupboard for breakfast where plans for the rest of the day were firmed up. Sightseeing along the Blue Ridge Parkway, lunch at Pisgah Inn and grilled trout for dinner.

Before heading out for the Blue Ridge Parkway we had to stop at the local store, The Barn,  to get the trout for dinner and drop it off at Bob & Wanda's.

Here we are at the Cradle of Forestry overlook.

Then back to Bob & Wanda's for a delicious meal!

We had a very good day with wonderful friends!
